    Several containers of food in the walk in cooler is being stored open with no covering. Correct immediately.

    Observed cases of food stored directly on the floor in rear dry storage area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. Correct asap.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    Observed freezer and coolers in prep area with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces. Also build up of food residue on door of cooler. Correct within one week.

    Observed old food residue on walls and shelves throughout kitchen prep areas. Also observed old food accumulation in floor drain and on floors under and around equipment and sinks (especially along the outer perimeter of kitchen at wall/floor junctures). Correct within one week.
