    --Working containers used for storing cleaning chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Label all spray bottles.
  • Eating, Drinking or Using Tobacco (46.151(a))
    --Open employee's beverage containers were observed in the food preparation area. Instruct employees to drink from closed lidded containers and through straws. Correct practice immediately.
  • Objective of Cleaning Food Contact Surfaces & Utensils (46.711(a))
    --Personal items such as car keys, change, and mail were observed on a cutting board. The cutting board is a food contact surface which must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Remove the items from the cutting board and clean and sanitize the board.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --A soiled knife was observed in the hand washing sink. Remove the knife from the sink. Do not store anything in this sink and maintain it in a clean and sanitary condition and available for the washing of hands.
