Meatballs in sauce , chili w/ beans, gravy , cheese and onions which was cooled, was not reheated to 165°F within two hours, prior to placing in the hot holding unit. PIC stated the foods were placed into the hot holding unit with in the past 30 minutes. Reviewed and received PDA handout for reheating potentailly hazardous foods. Products removed and reheated greater than 165*F .

Loose rubber door gaskets observed on the commercial double door refrigerated cooling unit.
