    --Observed the upper blade guard for the slicer has old encrusted food.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed there is a build up of dust on the air vents and return vent, the dust is also accumulating on the ceiling in the kitchen.
