    --The dessert cooler at the serving counter is not capable of maintaining food at temperatures of 41F or below. Repair this unit so that it functions properly. Do not store any time/temperature control for safety foods in this unit until after it has been repaired.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --Food debris and grease were observed on the range. Clean the range to remove the accumulated grease and food debris and maintain the range in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
    --Grease was observed on the filters in the exhaust hood over the cooking equipment, in the fan cover on the exterior wall of the facility, on the wall under the fan and on the sidewalk below the fan. The exhaust system has not been serviced since June 2012. Contact your service company and have them clean and service the exhaust hood and system including the bell on the exterior of the property. Owner states the company is coming this month. Clean the exterior wall and sidewalk to remove the grease.
