The deflector plate of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have a brownish residue and was not clean to sight and touch.

Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodent activity (old mouse droppings) in the dry storage area. Facility does have a routine pest management program with control devices inside and outside of facility. The mouse droppings were removed during this inspection and an identified point of entry will be closed.

Raw eggs were stored above ready to eat foods (potato salad) in the cook's prep line refrigerator. The eggs were moved below the ready to eat foods during this inspection.

Knives stored between table edges which are not easily cleaned and sanitized.

Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the deli area, walk-in refrigerator and walk-in freezer.

Gravy, mixed veetables, marinara sauce and meatballs were held at 117, 120, 124, 110 and 112 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required. The foods were reheated to 165 degrees F for 15 seconds during this inspection.
