    --Noted an old food residue build up on the blade of the deli slicer in the up stairs kitchen. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized during this inspection. Noted a black residue build up on the food contact surface on the ice bin in the ice machine in the bar area. Items were cleaned and sanitized during this inspection.

    --Noted a heavy grease build up on the floor next to the deep fryers in the kitchen area.
