    --As noted on previous inspection the following has recurred: "Observed a box of fresh steaks food stored directly on the floor in walk in cooler, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required".
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Shelf below the sink in the kitchen is in use. It is deteriorated and collapsed such that it is not cleanable. The bottom of the keg cooler is rusted. There are drink mixers stored on this surface, which is not easily cleaned.

    --Take-out containers stored on top of cupboard, and not inverted nor otherwise protected from airborne contamination.

    --Two (2) freezers in the back stockroom have an accumulation of frost in parts.
