Selling honey from Carl J. Becker 262 Trapper Rd. Northampton, PA 18067, cannot locate name or address in the list for the zip code. Product was pulled from sale until it is verified that the facility is inspected and registered with the PA Dept. of Agriculture.
- Sanitization Requirements, Frequency and Methods (46.731)
Owner repacking food product from bulk containers. There is no means to clean and sanitize utensils in the facility. Shall install a three or two bay sink to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces. Should a two bay sink be installed, a combination detergent/sanitizer is required to clean food contact surfaces. Sanitizer test strips are needed to verify sanitizer concentration.
