    --Sneeze guard has been removed from side of serving line where soups and salads are served. Sneeze guard needs put back on serving line immediately. Lettuce sitting out for student self-service, and does not have a sneeze guard.

    --Not adequate shelving within walk-in freezer, as boxes were stored on floor because there was not space on shelves for boxes.
