    --NOTED THAT THE QUAT SANITIZER RESIDUAL COMING FROM THE DISPENSING UNIT ABOVE THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, LESS THAN 150 PPM. THIS SANITIZER IS ALSO, USED FOR STORING WIPING CLOTHS. MAINTENANCE WAS NOTIFIED. QUAT SANITIZER IS MANUALLY MIXED FOR STORING WIPING CLOTHS. COMPLETED DURING INSPECTION. THE STORE HAS A HIGH TEMPERATURE WARE WASHING MACHINE.
