    --Hot sausage stored in container that potatoe salad was shipped in. Please verify with manufacturer that container is safe for multiple uses or obtain such a container by 6/10/2015.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --No QAC test kit to verify proper sanitizer concentration. Please obtain by 6/17/14.
  • Food Temperature Measuring Devices Provided (46.632)
    --No functional stem thermometer. Stem thermometer is here but battery appears to need replacement. Please supply asap but definitely by 6/17/14.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Frost accumulation in reach-in retail freezer near cellar door. Please defrost by 6/17/14.
