Chlorine sanitizer test strips being used by facility read 100 ppm when a glass of clear water was tested. PIC disposed of old test strips and got a new package out that were accurate.

Insulation covering pipes under freezer unit is torn allowing frozen condensate to build up around pipe. Pipe needs defrosted and insulation replaced.
