Springdale, SC: A view looking north from Durham Road at the pond of the Shadblow Subdivision in Springdale, South Carolina. The name of this pond, formed by damming Sixmile Creek, might be "Shadblow Community Pond", or it might not. An eight foot aligator was removed from the pond in 2007. Shadblow Subdivision (which, by the way, is mapped to the wrong place by all commercial websites) is characterized by large homes on large lots.

• Springdale: The Town Hall is obscured by the sign, but you're not missing much.

• Springdale: Springdale Elementary School, 361 Watling Rd. It's within Springdale city limits, but the mailing address says West Columbia. Blame the USPS.

• Springdale: Autumn in Springdale. For some reason Sightler Drive becomes Seay Drive at this point. .

• Springdale: The former Society Auto Sales, 3028 Platt Springs Road, crumbles away. In the background is the defunct Springdale Car Wash.
