• I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Exepreinced Life Coach and Mental Health Therapist. I finished my undergraduate degree from San Jose State University California with a B.A in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
