- The Gallery Cafe is a full service catering company as well as a full service cafe located in the new Princeton South Corp Center right off of Rt 31, near the 295 entrance. We are open M-F from 7am-2pm and serve a wide range of fresh homemade food. From pizza, sandwiches (made on fresh artisan breads), homemade daily soups, salads, and hot entrees our food quality is light years above the rest. And we are very affordable. We have a passion for good food, seeing it not only as delicious but also as a work of art. Every item is crafted by talented professionals who take pride in what they do. That always translates into great food and great service. We use only top quality ingredients, utilizing local favorites while still accommodating our clients dietary needs. We can cater events from 8 people to thousands of people. We have the facilities to handle even the biggest of events in a timely and thorough manner.
