Or any time by appointment We are licensed home dealer by the state of Minnesota. We have a partner company ( Mesabi Diamond Development Inc. ) which is a state licensed General Contractor . We offer 7yr appliance and a 10 yr structural warranty on all homes. The value of our homes have gone up an avg 40 to 45% in the last 4 years in our development We have been in business for 9 years and are a member of the Mn. Better Business Bureau.
