- The Kokanee Lodge established in the 60's has been a family resort for several generations. In early 2000 the lodge and 2 A-frames were slated for demolition to make room for the Almanor Lakeside Villas but were saved due to the pleas of the former owner. They were saved, completely renovated and now part of the ALV Association with access to all the amenities including beach, lawn and private docks. We are your next vacation destination with accommodations from 2 to 22 people. Offering 3 swiss style chalets looking out at the lake and Dyer Mountain. They include everything for your stay (except sheets and towels) Perfect for a get-away any time of year. These homes are very secluded and located on our own private drive. There are no extra country club fees and plenty of room for onsite parking.
