- When I started Auspcious Fish, Inc. it was with a very specific purpose in mind, to promote the idea of HOPE and spread knowledge of best practices for wellness, both in body and mind. After years in the mental health and development field, I grew frustrated with the traditional model that treated an illness, not an individual, sometimes with success, sometimes not. But through those experiences, I also learned a great deal about the mind/body connection and realized we needed to do better, and give better services to struggling individuals and their families. After years of promoting the idea of attending to one's mental wellness- just as we need do our physical wellness, the world is catching on. We're trained by the top providers of Evidence Based practices in Wellness & Coaching. We use this training to provide services in a way that works for you.
