Both businesses are owned and operated by the husband/wife team of Brian & Melissa Konitzer. Our office is located at 914 West Shell Point Road, on the way to Little Harbor, and is open Monday thru Friday from 8am until 5pm. We are State Licensed General Contractors, State Licensed Roofers, and State Licensed Insurance Adjusters, so we can handle any construction, roofing, or insurance claim need that you may have. All Trades specializes in both hurricane preparation and mitigation, and Custom Roof Tile specializes in matching obsolete roof tiles. Both companies are Preferred Contractors for many major Insurance and large Property Management Companies. We are a family owned and operated business that has deep roots in the town of Ruskin, as we were all born & raised here. We belong to six of our local Chambers of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, South Shore Business Association, Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association and Angie's List.
