It means we will do all the steps and take all the time necessary do clean your carpet and upholstery right way. It also means that all of our services are covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. Wait a minute there are steps to getting your carpet cleaned? I thought you just drag your hose and wand in, suck the carpet and collect the check and leave. That’s what the so called cheap companies want you to believe. Real carpet cleaning takes time and costs money. Your carpet should not be wet for days. Your carpet should not get dirty faster and faster. Your walls should not have the paint ripped off the corners by hoses. Your carpet cleaner should be pre-vacuuming, pre-treating the carpet spots and traffic lanes, agitating/cleaning, rinsing the carpet to remove residue and grooming the carpet. Your carpet cleaner should not tell you a low price and then come to your house and tell you if you want the "extra steps" it is going to cost a whole lot more. Besides being sneaky it's illegal.
