At The Clean Team Window Cleaning, we provide a wide range of offerings, including: residential and commercial window cleaning, screen repair, screen and screen door manufacturing, and even solar screens to help you keep your house cool and save money on your utilities. We also offer pressure washing for your home, patio and driveway.
Our most unique offering, however, is the removal of hard-water residue. We have developed a machine-buffing system that will remove every trace of hard water from your window. Our methods even have the ability to remove scratches!
Our prices for residential service range from very cheap to expensive, depending on how often you have us wash your windows and how detailed you want us to be. Following is a list of prices for a standard one-story house. Standard means there are no windows requiring a ladder, and there aren’t any glass-enclosed sunrooms or French doors that have small individual windows in them. Our monthly service, for outside windows only, includes: window and frame washing, windowsill wiping and screen brushing. There will be a $10.00 start-up fee the first time service is performed.

2000 square feet: $17.00
2000 to 2200 square feet: $22.00
2300 to 2500 square feet: $27.00
2600 to 2800 square feet: $32.00
2900 to 3100 square feet: $37.00
3200 to 3400 square feet: $42.00
3500 to 3700 square feet: $47.00
3700 to 3900 square feet: $52.00
3900 to 4100 square feet: $57.00
For two-story buildings, add $20.00. If you decide to have your house serviced every other month, add $5.00. If you opt for quarterly service, add $10.00. For inside window cleaning, double the price of exterior service. For example, if you have a one-story house that is 2200 square feet, the price for interior service would be $44.00. The total for interior and exterior service would be $66.00.
Most people are happy with the quality of service they get for these prices, but if you want a more detailed job, we can do that too. To wash a screen with soap and water, we charge $1.00 per screen. To vacuum tracks, we charge whatever the price for outside window cleaning is for your house. All other services require a separate bid.
