During those years Kathryn formulated most of the color for other employees which led to her new found recognition as a color specialist and eventual promotion to director of education. Her efforts culminated in her winning the grand prize award in the Redken national color makeover competition. Throughout the last seventeen years of Kathryn’s career, she has not only maintained the loyalty of her long term clients and their families, but continues to build upon the successful foundation of the family business.
