Our students spend their time equally between overall physical conditioning, stand up techniques (Kick Boxing & Boxing) as well as some grappling techniques (Judo and wrestling) and situational self defense. The guiding principle of our schedule is that every technique must be able to be performed against a resisting opponent in live drills. Our programs specialize for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well. This program can prepare a fighter for a match or just condition a person through our strength and cardiovascular workouts. This is a true Martial Arts facility, fully loaded with ring, heavy bags, weights, and conditioning equipment. Our classes give you a great physical workout which can improve confidence and also help to lead to a healthier lifestyle all-round.
