3D Fitness is a community gym dedicated to serving the Robinson community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Access is by fingerprint to protect our patrons and save you the hassle of carrying another card.
We currently have four (4) different workout areas to meet the needs of most individuals and their particular workout styles and desires.
1) Our MAIN area is environmentally controlled with free weights and machines.
2) Our CARDIO area has a specially cushioned hard floor for class exercising to cushion your joints during workouts. The area also has treadmills, elipticals, and bicycles as well a matted area for workouts where you need to be on the ground. Two stretching units and punching bags complete the area.
3) Our grassy OUTSIDE area has tires for flipping and smaller tires for throwing or agility exercises. We have telephone poles to push/pull and/or throw. Future plans for a peg board and ropes will give you a bootcamp type atmosphere.
4) The OUTBACK is not for the faint at heart. It is open to the environment and has some of our heavier free weights and punching bags.
Our classes include Zumba and Kickboxing. Fit Kids and BodyShaping are soon to come. We have a limited nursery for even more workout options in your schedule.
Give us a call and come by to check us out. We have very low sign-up fees and several contract options. Discounts given to teachers, students, City/State employees, Military personnel and groups.
