Visited Banya today for 1st time, was really unsure what to expect - entire experience exceeded our expectations! Owner Tony was super helpful and extremely gracious he really took the time to explain how the Banya works and the health benefits! Others in this site have listed detailed information on the different sauna's so check those out, Lunch was wonderful, Lots of choices, Great prices, Huge portions.
Had the unexpected pleasure to meet the nice gal - Stephanie who has the message/facial area - she popped by and offered us some information on specials they offer and provided a complementary mushroom based face lotion she even applied for us along with some information on the all natural facial products they offer - compared to other spa's the pricing everything seemed really reasonable.
Overall- I would give the Banya a total thumbs up. Its a great value for your money. To bad I don't live in the Dallas area I think this would have to be a weekly visit for us. We spent about 4 hours here and really did not want to leave! Arrived as strangers - left feeling like old friends! Residents of Dallas do yourself a favor -GET TO THE BANYA TODAY!
