A security perimeter check of all windows and doors, gates and fences. Exterior inspection of the home and property for weather damage and pest infestation.Roof inspection for nestings We ensure that your grass, trees and bushes are being properly watered and cared for. We make sure the pool isnt turning green with alge or the dust storms havent created a mess in the pool. Here in AZ reliability is a major issue. Inside we run all water facilities. We run the toilets, showers, washer and dishwasher. This lubricates the seals and traps. Check all of appliances and timers. Check inside for any unwanted pesky visitors..........spiders, earwigs, scorpions, crickets, cockroaches, and red ants. Your AC, furnace, water softener, water heater are checked. Smoke detectors are checked. Once one battery starts chirpping they all start as they are linked together Bring in your mail and forward if required. Run your vehicle for a few mins.
