Types of massage: Therapeutic Healing Massage: Uses a variety of techniques to promote relaxation, pain relief, release toxin build-up, increase circulation and flexibility. Pregnancy Body Massage (pre-natal massage: Designed for the expecting mom. Reduces stress, decreases swelling, relieves back pain. Body pillow used. Hot Stone Massage: A session consists of Basalt hot stones, heated to a therapeutic temperature and massaged over the body, gently melts muscle tension away.
