I now assist individuals who are moving to this area by evaluating the quality of the workmanship and general condition of the house they are contemplating to purchase. Or, individuals who presently live here who also wish to use my service.
This is not a formal home inspection but, rather, a pre-qualifying assessment of the house as a whole so as to AVOID spending up to $1000 or more and then discover a defect which causes you to change your mind and be out the money and have to go through the process again. Also,to save you valuable time.
If you see a home advertised, I act as your representative and vist the dwelling to evaluate whether or not it is ,in actuality, something really worth looking into further.
I have seen numerous cases of someone reading an ad and thinking "This sounds great and it's the one for me"...only to make a trip to the site and then saying" What a waste of time!"
I do NOT just do a walkthrough. I am a thorough individual and look at details and make notes as to needed updates, hidden flaws not generally seen by non trade people, determine general costs of needed corrections ,etc.
If you have an interest, it is best to email me as I turn my cell off when I am working but I always will return your email that evening without fail.
*The cost of my service is only 7 cents per sqaure foot of living space.
Examples:1000 square ft.= $70 1500 square ft.= $105 2000 square ft.=$140
