Our law firm was founded in Phoenix, Arizona by partners Mark Goldberg and John Osborne. Goldberg & Osborne opened its first office in Phoenix in March 1989. Within four months, we opened our second office in Tucson. Since then, we have grown to 21 offices, and more than 25 lawyers, throughout Arizona. Our entire law practice is devoted to helping injured people. We have recovered over 2 billion dollars in settlements for our clients. Our mission is to treat every client with care and respect, protect their rights and guide them in their pursuit of justice.
In order to help injured people throughout the country, Goldberg & Osborne has formed associations with law firms across the United States. Our firm currently represents people injured by various hip replacement devices and dangerous drugs, including Accutane, Actos, Avandia, Fosamax and Seroquel. We have represented over 3000 people from across the country that took the diet drugs Fen-Phen or Redux. We have also successfully settled more than 1500 claims for people that were harmed by one or more of the COX-II drugs, Vioxx, Celebrex and Bextra. We handle personal injury cases including automobile accidents, premises liability, dog bite injuries, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence cases, defective medical devices and dangerous drugs.
