Who We Are
Before launching Nanny by Hour I was in the childcare field for over 10 years. Having worked in this field for so many years I have the knowledge and understanding of this industry, and what it really means to find someone to genuinely care for your family. I also attended school for early childhood and have a full understanding of the importance of setting a good foundation for your children’s future. I believe that the people who take part in your children’s lives make a big difference in how they grow, achieve and succeed. Here at Nanny by Hour we are committed to finding nannies that are eager to make a difference; offers support to your family in there development; and assist in building a solid foundation for your children. I have been a mother for 11 years and know how important it is to hand over the people who mean the most to you. I wanted to give to Charlotte what I have been giving other families for over 10 years', people who genuinely care.
Our Nannies
At Nanny by Hour, we look for nannies who are warm, competent and emotionally mature. Our candidates will be at least (21) years old. Nannies character will clearly reflects an authentic commitment to the wellbeing of the children. Our nannies will be capable of recognize the individuality of children and have the ability to provide a creative environment which fosters trust, self-esteem, independence and learning. Nannies have a clear understanding of what the position of nanny entails and the motivation and flexibility to succeed on the job. We support the need of our client/families in providing nannies that are constant, positive influence in their children's lives. We want our nannies to be happy and feel comfortable with their family/employers. All of our families are pre-screened so that we can match our families with nannies who meet their needs and expectations.
