We also provide cover parts of Onslow County around the historic village of Swansboro. Our area is very popular with people looking for affordable access to the great stretches of water that are along the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina. We also have many retirees who have moved to the area for the great climate, year around services and small town atmosphere. Our sister company, Bluewater Builders also builds homes and has developed some very popular subdivisions in the area including Bluewater Cove which is on the shores of the White Oak River. There is also a division of our real estate company which manages rental properties and is one of the largest rental agencies on the Crystal Coast. The Cape Carteret office is located on Highway 24 eight tenths of a mile east of the intersection of Highways 24 & 58 is open Monday through Friday 8-5 , Saturday 9-5, and Sunday 1-5.
