| Description: | Hi! My office is located in the small town of Marsing, Idaho, Owyhee County. It is on the Snake River. The other side of the river is Canyon County where I sell real estate in Caldwell, Nampa, Boise, Middleton, Star, Homedale, etc. I am a Real Estate Broker and hold the designations of GRI and E-Pro. Many of my transactions are done long-distance because the Buyer or Seller, and sometimes the lender, are not located in Idaho. I've been a Broker since 1978, I belong to the Multipal Listing Service, and most of my customers consider me their family's Realtor. Most of them have been very loyal over the years. I attribute this to the fact that I put my heart into each transaction and treat others like I would like to be treated.
