The Grice-Fearing House B&B is the newest B&B in Elizabeth City, and is also the oldest house in the City, ca. 1789. Five blocks from the waterfront, it is in the downtown historic district. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
With two suites, each with a bedroom, sitting room, and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, it is the only B&B in Elizabeth City offering suites with Jacuzzis.
We also offer guests the use of our formal parlor, dining room, library, sunroom, and brick patio with koi pond.
