  • Repair leak at hand sink in restroom.
  • Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean and in good condition such as shelving in walk in cooler, prep tables, lids to containers, etc.

  • Observed rubbing alcohol by food prep area. Store all toxic items away from food and food areas.
  • Observed tongs in hand sink. Do not store any items inside hand sink for any length of time.
  • Observed several raw chicken legs placed directly inside drawer in reach in cooler. Food must be protected from contamination by storing in a covered container, wrappings or packages.
  • Observed reach in cooler by hand sink reading at 50 degrees F. Ensure that cold hold units reach 41 degrees F at all times.
  • Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean and in good condition such as prep tables, lids to containers, inside reach in coolers, ect.

Hi we visited capt jims on June 20th 2014 the restaurants was clean I give it a five and the price was real reasonable give it a five ambience was also a five service if I could give a ten I would but since five is the highest I give it a five I would definitely recommend this place to others in fact I have .... Thanks for having this place .i remember when I was young eating at capt Jim's with my family we always looked,forward to Fridays fish night so glad they still have it and is priced reasonable .
