  • Observed open beverage stored on top shelf in refrigerator. Ensure that all personal beverages are not stored near or on food and food contact surfaces to prevent cross contamination.
  • A certified food manager was not present at time of inspection. Ensure to have a certified food manager present during hours of operation in kitchen. Ensure to have certifications registered with the city. This can be done at 1901 S. Alamo Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45am and 4:30pm for a fee of $15.45.
  • Did not observe most current routine inspection report to be posted, nor license. Ensure to have food license and most current routine inspection report posted at all times in public view.

  • observed two bottled storing chemicals underneath 3 compartment sink without labels. Ensure all toxic chemicals are labeled.
  • certified food manager is not present for establishment. Ensure one is provided within 30 days to prevent citation fees. Once certified food manager license is obtained, take certificate down to 1901 S. Alamo to obtain city food manager permit for a fee of 15.45.
  • observed dry dish rack to have mold/yellow/debris buildup. Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed and sanitized as often as needed to prevent cross contamination.

  • POST HEIMLICH HUG POSTER ON NOTICEABLE WALL LOCATION FOR ALL TO SEE AND READ.
  • MAKE EMPLOYEE KICHEN HAND SINK READILY ACCESSIBLE BY REMOVING ALL OBSTACLES PREVENTING ITS EASY REACH AND FREQUENT USE.
