  • THREE APPLE CRISPS AND ONE SLICE OF APPLE PIE WERE IN A NON-REFRIGERATED CASE AT 68 F. STICKERS WERE MARKED "REF" AND INDICATED A PREP TIME AS 4:58 PM ON 11/30/15. (ABOUT 20 HOURS AGO). THE DISCARD TIME WAS 4:58 PM ON 12/02/15. THAT IS OK IF KEPT REFRIGERATED. PRODUCTS WERE DISCARDED. CORRRECTED ON SITE. KEEP REFRIGERATION REQUIRED ITEMS AT 41 F OR BELOW. IF USING TIME ONLY, AS A HEALTH CONTROL, HAVE TIME STICKERS INDICATE A 4 HOUR PREP-TO-DISCARD TIME DIFFERENCE.
  • HAND WASHING SINK IN DISH WASHING AREA IS PEDAL OPERATED, BUT PEDAL MECHANISM IS BROKEN AND SINK IS UNUSEABLE. (DOES NOT HAVE HANDLES) HAVE SINK REPAIRED.
  • THREE DAMAGED PLASTIC FOOD CONTAINER LIDS FOUND IN CLEAN DISH AREA. NOT IN GOOD REPAIR, SMOOTH EASILY CLEANABLE. CORRECTED ON SITE. LIDS DISCARDED.
  • ICE BIN (CLOSEST TO HOST DESK) HAD MOLD INSIDE UPPER SIDE AREA. CLEAN AND SANITIZE ICE BIN.
  • FOOD DEBRIS AND RUST ON WIRE SHELVES ABOVE CLEAN DISH AREA AND DRAINBOARD TO RIGHT OF THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. CLEAN SHELVES AND REPLACE WHEN NEEDED.
