- Leak observed from three compartment sink, onto floor. Manager stated plumber had just been out a while ago, will be calling him back.
- Observed pancakes and toast bread on dirty surface on stove top area. Observed slices of bread laying on top of bread packages.Employee discarded pancakes and toast. Please ensure all food is stored on smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent surfaces.
- Observed waffle maker to be heavily soiled with food and grease debris. Ensure to thoroughly clean equipment as frequently as necessary to prevent any contamination with food that is to be prepared and served to customers
- Ensure all utensils are in good repair. Observed spatulas in bad repair (melted,etc) that were being used. All equipment should be in good repair.
- Observed pooling water in cold hold unit at front waitress area. Ensure to not store food, milk containers on pooling water to prevent cross contamination. Unit was holding proper cold hold temperatures.

- Observed bin storing clean utensils on clean dish rack in back, to have debris. Ensure that all containers used for storing of clean utensils and dishware are kept clean, properly sanitized and free of debris.
- Observed cold hold unit, next to stove, where raw liquid eggs, etc is stored, to have much debris buildup around edges, spinach leaf inside of liquid egg, as well as much debris on sliding cover. Ensure that all srufaces are cleaned as frequently as necessary to prevent debris buildup.

- Observed dirty plastic bin containers in back dish storage area, to be storing clean dishes. Bins had pooling water with food debris in them. Ensure that all dishware is air dried prior to storing in containers to prevent pooling water.
- Observed refrigeration gaskets/units to be dirty. Ensure that all gaskets and refrigeration units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross contamination with good being stored.
- Observed soda machine nozzles to be dirty. Ensure that all nozzles and area where soda is dispenses, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross contamination.
