- LARGE BOARDS FOUND BLOCKING OFF HANDSINK NEAR ICE MACHINE. ENSURE HANDSINK IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE.
- HANDSINK IN BATHROOM HAS NO SOAP. ENSURE ALL HANDSINKS ARE SUPPLIED WITH AN ADEQUATE SUPPLY OF SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS.
- HEAVY CONCENTRATIONS OF RODENT DROPPINGS FOUND IN RESTROOM. SOME ARE SUSPENDED IN THE AIR BY SPIDER WEBS AND OTHERS ARE IN THE CORNERS OF THE ROOM. ENSURE DROPPINGS ARE CLEANED OUT AND TO MONITOR THE AREA FOR NEW ACTIVITY. PEST CONTROL RECORDS PRODUCED DURING INSPECTION.
- VARIOUS DENTED CANS AND EXPIRED CANNED PRODUCTS FOUND THAT HAD EXPIRED IN DECEMBER 2012 AND MARCH 2013. A COUPLE BAGS OF DORTIOS ALSO FOUND PAST THE "GUARANTEED FRESH" DATE. PRODUCTS REMOVED FROM SALE. ENSURE ALL CANS ARE CHECKED ROUTINELY FOR DENTS AND EXPIRATION DATES AND TO ROTATE STOCK AS NEEDED.
- CANNED DRINKS FOUND IN ICE WATER BATH SUSPENDED WITH THE MOUTH OF THE CAN SUBMERGED. ENSURE WATER IS DRAINED ROUTINELY AND THE MOUTH OF THE CAN IS NOT SUBMERGED UNDER WATER SO THAT CUSTOMERS REACHING FOR DRINKS DO NOT CONTAMINATE THE MOUTH OF THE CANS. EX: CUSTOMER WITH DIRTY HANDS COMES IN AND REACHES FOR CAN. CONTAMINANTS RINSE OFF HAND AND COLLECT OVER THE MOUTH OF ALL OTHER CANS.
