  • Observed packages of raw bacon being stored in refrigeration unit, above Snapple teas and Powerades, as well as next to cartons of raw eggs. Ensure to store all raw products below ready to eat foods and beverages to prevent cross contamination.
  • Did not observe food license in public view. Please ensure to post license copy in public view at all times. Call 210-207-0135 to obtain copy if needed.

  • observed bacon packs above powerade drinks and raw shelled eggs next to powerade drinks in refrigeration unit located in front of store. Ensure to store raw products on bottom shelf, or in location not next to or above ready to eat/drink products
  • hand sink in women's bathroom was not supplied with paper towels. Ensure to supply hand sinks with paper towels.
  • At time of inspection, food license permit was not posted. Manager stated a copy of permit needed to be retrieved from corporate office. Ensure to post food permit license.
