- Observed personal jackets, purses, and medications in immediate area of food handling area. Personal items were removed. Place all personal articles in a desginated area or container as not to contaminate articles or items in the food prep area.
- Observed food handler handle tortillas with any additional barriers. All food handlers must utilize gloves or handsanitizer. Food handler chose to utilize double handwashing (wash hands for 40 seconds) and hand santizer. Establishment must provide documentation stating food handlers will be using said procedure for Ready to Eat Foods.
