  • Cooked angus patties are 123F degrees. Cooked breaded chicken patties are 112.6F degrees. All potentially hazardous food held hot must be held at 135F degrees or greater.
  • Ice bagged at establishment does not have a label. Bags of ice must be labeled with manufacturer's information to include name and address of establishment.
  • Handwashing station in ice machine room did not have soap at time of inspection. Ensure that all handwash stations are equipped with soap and paper towels for proper handwashing techniques to avoid cross contamination.
