Cooked beef and boiled vegetables were kept on a counter top since the morning. All temperature controlled food must be kept above 135°F. The food was reheated.
Raw chicken was stored above raw goat meat. Raw meat must be stored in the proper order according to the temperatures at which they must be cooked.
The measuring cups that were stored in a clean dish area were visibly dirty. All food contact surfaces must be clean and free of contaminates.
The handle of a knife was wrapped in tape. Surfaces of utensils must be smooth and easily cleanable.
