- Hand washing sink in the store room has drink cans stored in it. The hand washing sinks must be used ONLY for hand washing
- Provide hot water (minimum of 110 degrees F) to the three compartment ware washing sink
- Provide soap and paer towels for the hand washing sink in the store room. This sink is to be used for employees who are bagging ice.
- Store toxic items away from food and other items needing protection by spacing or partitioning. Display toxic items below and away from single use items such as the food storage bags, plastic forks and foil
- Use the three compartment ware washing sink to properly WSH - RINSE and SANITIZE food contact items such as pickle tongs, pickle tong storage container (must be durable) and ice scoop. Do not store food items on the three compartment ware washing sink drain board.
- Provide a thermomter for the reach in refrigerator that is storing potentially hazardous foods such as milk and eggs
- Microwave must be in good repair and be smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent. Areas that are rustin are no longer in good repair and non-absorbent.
- Replace the rusting pickle tongs
- Properly label all spray bottles, legibly write labels on bottles, discontinue to use spray bottles if label is different from contents inside bottle.
- Provide sink stopper so that items can be properly sanitized through an adequate contact time with the sanitizer.
