- Establishment will need to make sure and provide labels for packaged fruit located within reach in cooler. Labels should be provided with the name of the establishment, physical address of facility, and a list of the ingredients(ie canteloupe, pineapple, etc.) whenever fruit is repackaged and in customer reach. Wrapped muffins also need to be provided with the same information or can be placed behind counter so that they are out of customer reach(corrected on site).
- Will need to remove bayer pest spray in back, since this product is not allowed within a commmercialized business or restaurant. Only use products that are restaurant/commercialized approved(check manufacturer's labels/instructions on back of container). 229.168 (d) (2) (A) (ii) not according to label.
- 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared); Establishment will need to make sure and provide use by/discard by dates for all prepared, refrigerated, potentially hazardous foods kept longer than 24 hours(ie chorizo).
