  • Supply the restroom hand sink with soap.
  • Your establishment must obtain and post a valid permit within 10 days. Please go to 1901 S. Alamo to obtain a new permit.   • No soap at the hand washing sink. Supply every handwashing sink with soap. AT TIME OF INSPECTION THERE WAS NO SOAP AT HAND WASHING SINK.
  • Evidence of insects observed. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means. INPSECTOR VIEWED GNATS DURING INSPECTION IN BACK STORAGE AREA AND FRONT AREA.
  • ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS PROPERLY WITH SOAP AND WARM WATER FOR 20 SECONDS AND DRY WITH A PAPER TOWEL.
