YOU MUST HAVE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK HOOKED UP TO HOT & COLD RUNNING WATER AND FOR THE DIRTY WATER TO DRAIN PROPERLY OR STORE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO SODA FOUNTAINS AND COFFEE.
