  • 229.168 (b) working container not labeled. Observed a working container containing an unidentified substance hanging on rack over 3 compartment sink. Subway manager labelled bottle at time of discovery. Observed a spray bottle containing surface cleaner on shelf along with stored food in walk in cooler in Corner Store. Employee removed upon discovery.
