- Raw chicken located in larger walk-in cooler not covered. Cover.
- No employees wearing effective hair restraints.
- Found broken door seal gasket to the reach in milk cooler located in the grocery area. Repair/replace gasket. Observed tape along the door frame of the smaller walk-in cooler. Remove tape. Smaller walk-in cooler has rust being exposed on the door and on the outside surface of the cooler. Repaint.
- Replace stained ceiling tiles directly located above the furnace in back room and near the 3-compartment sink.
- No food handler certificates available. Facility must have food handlers trained by next routine inspection.

- Found 3 containers of meat in the walk in meat cooler with no date label on it. Found several deli meats with no date label. I explained to the employee that anything not in the original packaging needs to have a date label on it. Employee wrote dates on the packages at time of the inspection.
- Found 3 containers of meat with no cover on them. Employee covered with butcher paper at time of inspection.
- Door seals on the walk in and reach in coolers have dust build up on them. Clean the seals. The racks in the Pepsi reach in coolers have build up on them. Employee said that Pepsi is in charge of maintenance for the coolers. He will contact Pepsi for replacement racks.
- Dust build up on the floors near equipment and in corners. Clean the floors.
- Stained ceiling tiles in the dish washing area. Stains on walls in the back area near the back door. Clean the walls and ceilings.
