The kitchen serves meals to church members on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings only. Single use disposable plates and utensils are used for eating. Note: Provided an employee health policy poster to the Person in Charge and informed him of the requirements of the policy. | This visit was made to conduct a routine evaluation. I made an appointment to meet Mr. Roberts here between 10:30 and 11:00 AM.I arrived at 10:55, but all doors to the church and diner were locked, and no one answered when I knocked. I called Mr. Roberts' cell phone. When he didn't answer, I left him a message to let him know I was waiting, and to call me back if he needs to reschedule. After about 15 minutes, I left.
